tentang anger mangement


akhir-akhir ini beberapa kali terjebak obrolan piye carane nahan mangkel atau emosi yang berlebihan. terutama sama orang yang tiap hari (mau ndak mau) tetap berinteraksi apapun masalahnya dan semangkel apapun sayah. kalau kata teman menclek sayah pas saya curhat tentang saya yang nahan diri biar ndak gegeran sama temen kantor yang karena dia saya sampai kena SP yang walau akhirnya SP saya dicabut, tapi tetep ae yang namanya kadung mangkel dan marah tetep ada. dan saya curhat bahwa saya rasanya pingin nelen temen kantor saya itu bulet-bulet, kalau perlu ndak pake acara dikunyah *eh *self toyor* =)).

komentar temen saya itu cuman satu, dia bilang satu-satunya cara biar ndak mangkel, kalau kamu lihat wajah temenmu, lihat wajah dia sebagai wajah orang yang kau cinta. dan dengan semena-mena langsung saya tolak.. ora isooo ngunuuu jaaal. =))

dan semalam juga terlibat obrolan, sama seorang teman yang dia diculasi sama temen kantornya demi sebuah posisi. ya ampun.. dunia kerja ini serem yah.. mending nikah aja ngurus suamik *eh =))
dan pagi ini iseng-iseng googling tentang anger management. yang katanya rasa marah, mangkel itu manusiawi. cuman kadarnya yang perlu dikontrol agar tidak menimbulkan problem.

terus iseng-iseng ikutan anger management test, dan ternyata score sayah cuman 30, yang artinya saya itu ndak gampang marah. *benerin pasmina* *eh =)). tapi-tapi ada yang bikin hatik ndak enak pas baca hasilnya, yaitu pada kalimat :

There is also the possibility, however, that you are denying your real feelings of anger. The questions on this test dealt with some situations in which it is normal and understandable to feel angry. Your score indicates that you rarely felt anger, even in situations where most people would. sepertinya mulai sekarang, harus lebih ekspresif kalau marah atau mangkel. buah jauh-jauh rasa ndak penak sama orang. :(.
